2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you enter into a binding legal agreement with the Operator under these Terms of Use. This agreement takes effect on the earliest date on which you first access or use the Platform.
These Terms of Use apply to all Users regardless of the nature of their use, including but not limited to browsing, registration, enrollment, content creation, instruction, and administration. 4.2 Session Participation
When participating in live sessions, Users agree to engage respectfully and constructively. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour during sessions may result in immediate removal from the session and suspension or termination of Account access.
4.3 Learning Paths
Personalised learning paths are generated based on information provided by the User and platform activity. These paths are recommendations only and do not constitute a guarantee of any specific learning outcome, qualification, or professional result.
4.4 Service Availability
The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect availability. The Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned outages where practicable.
5. User Conduct
5.1 General Standards
All Users are expected to engage with the Platform in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner. You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited by these Terms of Use.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
Without limiting the generality of Section 5.1, you agree that you will not:
- Post, transmit, or distribute content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other User accounts, or the Operator's systems;
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from the Platform without prior written authorisation;
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful or disruptive code;
- Engage in any activity that places an unreasonable burden on the Platform's infrastructure;
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without authorisation;
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access control features;
- Share Account credentials with any third party or permit unauthorised individuals to access the Platform using your Account;
- Use the Platform to advertise, promote, or solicit commercial services without the Operator's prior written consent;
- Violate any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the Platform.
5.3 User-Generated Content
Users may have the ability to submit, post, or upload content to the Platform, including messages, discussion posts, assignments, and session feedback. By submitting such content, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, display, and reproduce that content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform.
You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party, and that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit such content.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Operator's Rights
All content, software, technology, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other materials made available through the Platform are the proprietary property of the Operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to Users except as expressly set out in these Terms.
6.2 Limited Licence
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, reproduce, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
6.3 Instructor Content
Instructors who create and publish content through the Platform retain ownership of their original materials, subject to the licence terms agreed upon with the Operator. Learners may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share session recordings or instructional materials without the express written consent of the relevant Instructor and the Operator.
6.4 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Platform, you grant the Operator the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
7. Payments, Fees, and Refunds
7.1 Fees
Access to certain features, courses, sessions, or learning paths may require payment of applicable fees. All fees are displayed in the currency indicated at the time of purchase and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as specified during the checkout process.
7.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Third-Party Services. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment processor. The Operator does not store payment card details and is not responsible for errors or failures caused by Third-Party payment services.
7.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined based on the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase, the type of content or session involved, and the extent to which the content or session has been accessed or attended. Requests for refunds must be submitted through the designated support channel within the timeframe specified for the applicable product or service. The Operator reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the stated eligibility criteria.
7.4 Subscription Services
Where the Platform offers subscription-based access, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the User prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription preferences through your Account settings.
8. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Platform's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. 10.2 Platform Provided "As Is"
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. 10.3 Instructor Content Accuracy
Content provided by Instructors represents their professional views and knowledge at the time of creation. The Operator does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or currency of all Instructor-provided content and accepts no responsibility for errors or omissions therein.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or reputational damage, even if the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount paid by you to the Operator in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
12. Indemnification

13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, these Terms of Use shall continue to apply to the extent necessary to give effect to provisions that survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations.
